I'm completely confident that Mario is an elite recruiter who will assemble talent not seen here in 20 years.

I also think he's a bad GameDay coach who needs help with analytics.

He changed up the coordinators after one year, so presumably he is open to change and hopefully defers more this season on big decisions.
