No strategy needed. If you get a decent signing bonus you go. If you’re taken as a senior it’s hard to negotiate, bc you have no leverage. Either you take their bonus or go get a real job.

Evan's obviously a smart kid, so if he goes it's because he wants to start his MLB career I suspect.

He’s gone. He doesn’t throw hard enough and I don’t see anyway he blows anybody out of the water with one more year of tape. His ceiling was always round 7-10. Kid is a great pitcher just doesn’t have the ++ stuff needed to grab that huge bonus

Adding all three of Eskew, Diaz, and McFarlane's arms would really help top off the talent level of our pitching staff.
