I hope FIU doesn't go after Mirabal. I wouldn't put it past them.
My understanding is he'll get a good raise from us. That FIU job probably wouldn't pay that much more and have a large amount of volatility. Of course, if he aims at testing his leadership skills, he'd go. But, it's a tougher call than most would expect.

I can't see FIU stealing Mirabal away. As you mentioned FIU has zero leadership and is a highly volatile environment. I probably see Mirabal having extra job titles attached to him outside of OL coach (head recruiter, etc..) that warrants a raise in salary.
