I don’t know how manny can change the perception if rumph isnt fired but the optics look bad and these kids hear the negativity. Bro; the guy was hired b/c of AH4! Everyone kept saying; just wait til the class of ‘18. Tyson Campbell should be a lock; he’s like a son.

Yo; when that chit fell flat & crumbled....clearly he didn’t fit the need. Again, it may not be all on him, it may be that he’s treated as an outcast (as been reported). But it’s time to move on. This experiment has failed.

To your point, as well; we saw how The Henderson recruitment was handled. What I don’t get, though, is Mike used to be a head coach at a national program!! He knows........

It could well be that manny’s d clique didn’t like mike - richt brought mike in. may be bot his fault. shrug. whatever.

There is no Grand conspiracy against Mike & there is no “clique”, he’s not good at his job it’s that simple, no matter what anybody tries to say or how much they make excuses or spin, the man can’t recruit, he just can’t & it ain’t nobody’s fault but his own.

You ever wonder why you never hear shît like that about Hickson?? Because Hickson can recruit & is good at his job.

It’s a performance based meritocracy, there shouldn’t be any coach on staff that has to have his hand held.

Baker, Rumph & Patke are our 3 worst recruiters, it’s not up for debate & there’s no secret story behind the scenes about it, they just simply suck, that’s all it is lol.

Don't forget to add Manny right behind him. His recruiting record tell it all. Don't forget Banda hasn't developed one Safety since being here. His best Safety is a guy from USC. His last two good Safeties were Golden Players. So Miami definitely needs to reshuffle the deck. Fire Rumph, Patke, and Baker. Demote Banda to an off the Field Position where he focus on recruiting not developing. Fire Manny if he doesn't want to bring in a DC.

Simple.

Wildcard see if Kool, Hartley, and Barrow want anything to do with the program.

Rumph is better suited for the NFL. He can coach, but we need someone who can recruit. It's just way beyond repair IMO. I agree. It's time to move on.

Yes, but if he can't get Miami caliber recruits, then what's the point.

I don't know if Ed Reed has an interest in coaching. It may be more time than he wants to give, but I'd love to have an HOF coach that commands respect recruiting DBs.

There has been issues on defense since richt was hired. I remember people saying Kul didn’t fit in with the defensive staff.

Yea he was hired for TC Surtain etc. I would of fired him instantly
