He needs to carry the load this entire season and be very productive to have a shot. He does quite a few things well, but nothing he does really jumps out at you. Hopefully that changes.

He played hurt las year. This year, he is healthy, faster, stronger and more hungry. If he ends up being the feature back this year, carry the load and kills it on the stat sheet then he will end up in the NFL. Word gets around in the NFL and college kids with work ethics and character are watched closely.

Also doesn't help when you're TE or OL gets pushed back into you or the other defense is two yards behind the LOS when you get the ball!

Yes, but you don't win in Study Hall or on Bob Costas "nice guy of the day" interviews. I want mother****ers on the field!
