Mike James may be the best kid to represent UM in years..

Would like to see this guy on ESPN in a few years breaking down CFB! Seems like smart, well-spoken, charismatic young man! Plus Miami needs somebody on there that is not consistently beaten them down about everything.

He will be a good ambassador for the Canes!

He reminds me so much of this kid I coached a few years back. Everybody loved him & his charm was 100% sincere.

Is Mike James in broadcasting? What's he studying?
 
I followed Mike James from the time he committed to Miami. He has always been the consummate Hurricane, even before he ever put on a Miami uniform. Never played games while being recruited. then when he joined the team, he has been unselfish, a true team player, humble, hard worker, responsible, leader, pleasant and just an overall good human being. If we can have more players like him on the team we would be a much better team.

So the consensus here is that Mike James has no chance in the NFL? I think he can carve himself a little niche as a nice change of pace back somewhere. If Damien Berry is on a squad why can't Mike James make one?
