I really am at a loss in trying to figure out who they could be. Does anyone have any guesses? The only guys I know of that we are recruiting are Slaton, Herbert, Henderson, Edwards, Harley who are from SFL...any others?

It goes without saying that none of those I listed are likely silents...Maybe he counts Dean as SFL since he was originally from here.

Maybe he meant 2018 kids?

That's a possibility. Would be a bit anticlimactic if that is the case.

No. I heard the interview. He was talking about this class and South Florida. If anything, he misspoke about the South Florida part of it.

We've had coaches saying the same thing about having silent commits every year.
It's probably a line coaches at other schools use as well.
It's kind of like someone at work telling his boss that the software fix he is working on is coming along
and will be delivered on time when he may not even started on it (familiar with this...lol).
Anyways, I wouldn't read much into that line.

This is exactly how I took it. Some people are hanging their hats on this, but sorry, this is more like the check is in the mail

I'm not lying, looks like he's in middle school. Dude is tiny.

So far those two pics of him and his tweets make it pretty obvious that he's feeling left out. Hope that means he's realizing he's made a mistake and asks to join the fam. But it probably means he doesn't want to be part of the group.

Nah, but NY is throwing sticks and reading Tarot cards that say because he said "thank U" he's a mortal cane lock.

Forget the picture of him doing the **** chomp he sent out saying he's a **** at heart but is now a mountainqueer. Forget every single bit of communication that says he's all WVU, forget everything he's said or done. He's secretly a cane. Because that's what the tea leaves say according to the resident wizard

we close with Pouncey, Harley, Thomas, and Smith.

Njoku will redshirt and become a TE phenom just like big bro.

Njoku

Will

Not

Be

A

Tight End.
His Big Brother wasn't a TE...that was just his title...Jimmy Graham has the same ****le..but plays Hybrid Receiver

Truth. Jimmy Grahm actually tried to sue the Saints because they franchise tagged him as a TE when they really used him like a WR, and the WR franchise tag is a lot more money.

West Virginia just made an excellent hire for OC in Jake Spavital. I went to college with him (he was our third string QB).

Dude is a passing game genius and did good things at both Texas A & M and Cal.

I would imagine Harley will have to weigh what he has to say about his offense, but this guy turned Chad Hansen into a superstar and has the short passing game with deep concepts behind it that will really play to Harley's strengths.

Flip side is he's a new coach to them this late in the game.

Spavital was a colossal failure at Texas AM and got fired.

but he went to college with him tho

I honestly think we get Thomas and Pouncey. I think that will make Harley irrelevant. If we add Smith, pfff Harley who?

Why are we assuming this has to do with anything other than hype?

Im not trying to be a downer or a ****, I'm genuinely asking since Twitter is it's own language.

For what it's worth, someone who he seems to know asked if he had changed his mind, and this was his response:

Wishful thinking: seize upon the "not yet" part. Pessimist: no, he's "just visiting" Any word what his family was pushing him to do?

You guys are what's wrong with hip hop today

With all due respect, I can't stand when people tell me that. Hip hop has changed. Even Nas said it's not dead anymore. My favorite guy is and will always be Drake, and I know you won't respect that. Old heads never do. But I'm also the first to admit that Biggie is the goat. Him and Nas are my second and third favorites respectfully. Hip hop is different today, but that don't mean it's bad or wrong.
