He did, alot of transfers in and out when he got there. Just like we still have players manny recruited he has players from mario era but i think its less than we do.

Yes, I'm getting old because I just don't see the fascination with Oregon and their unis - and haven't for nearly 20 years now. More than half the time they're not wearing school colors and what they do wear usually looks like ***.

Mich ST even with having 2 picks on Gabriel has absolutely no shot to win this game. Because they can't move the ball & they can't score. Their QB is garbage, which makes it so much easier for Oregon's Defense.

They don't even have to think about defending the pass. All they have to do is load the box on 1st & 2nd down, then Blitz on 3rd down & its a guaranteed Punt for Mich ST.

I’d argue it’s not the same team but Lanning was not recruiting to a total rebuild program, Mario brought that program back up.

Not a total rebuild i agree but has built it up more for sure. And oregon has never been down enough to say someone built it back up. They had 1 bad year, mario built it up some but lanning is taking it back to the level they were at last decade

Most of the roster he inherited left. The majority of his most productive players were either his recruits or transfers.

Yea Mario came at the right time. 16& 17 were their worst seasons but it was really 16. If Herbert doesn’t get hurt in ‘17, I think they pull off 9 wins.
