And his cousin Tim Irvin next year

A buddy of mine spoke to another very high ranked kid that raves about Tim Irvin. Not sure why he made this comparison (I'm assuming because of the hype), but he said Tim Irvin is better than Sony Michel.

I just hope we land all 3 of these kids lol

Tim Irvin is the truth. I posted bout David Thompson and how my boy is the coach there, all he talks about is this kid and how nasty he is. the head coach of Westminster if Cedrick Irvin, was a RB for Mich St. And then became a RB coach at Alabama if u remember in Mark Ingrams heirs an speech this was one of the first guys he named. This kids getting the coaching now, he's gonna be a beast RB.

Does anyone remember the quote that Michael Irvin made in regards to his son a few months ago? I believe it was something along the lines of, "When God created the Earth, it was decided that Irvins would go to the University of Miami."

In summary, his son is a Cane, Tim Irvin is a Cane, and anyone who thinks that Mike is doing his kids a disservice by steering them to the U clearly doesn't understand the fundamental mechanics of the universe.

If Irvin Jr. is anywhere near as good as his father, and at it appears that he's on his way, Irvin Sr. would only be doing his son a disservice if he locked him into Miami
If he remains a factor on varsity for four years, he's going to get offers from some of the biggest programs in the country. USC, Oregon, Michigan, Ohio State, Alabama, Georgia, Florida, Texas and others are all going to be recruiting Irvin Jr to come win a national championship at their program, and unless something changes, Miami won't be able to hold a candle to those schools.
Irvin Jr. could have the experience of being one of the most highly sought after recruits in the country, and he can have the opportunity to play for a legitimate powerhouse.
Or, his father can force him to attend Miami. For Junior's sake, let's hope Michael Irvin Sr. was joking around.

If the bleacher report guys parents had their way, he would have been aborted a long time ago. So one can understand why he has such strong feelings on the subject.

He is already 6'2 195lbs as a FR... ****... I think he would level out to be a 6'3 to 6'4 220lb WR that would be wonderful for us...

On another note, I hate when people sit there on their fat asses putting down RL3 they havent even given the boy a chance, yeah he will redshirt and have to put on some much necessary weight and of course work on his speed but that is a process, He will get quality PT as a RS Junior and playing well at that... whether he is playing RB, S, LB or CB. Al Golden will develop him. His father will not allow him to fail. His father will soon retire and will be on our sideline very soon. Can you see the vision AG has for Miami but some of you ungrateful MF just ***** and complain... AG is a genius and you too shall learn. You will be praising this team in the next 1-3 years. CANT WAIT!!!! GO CANES!!!
