What's up with the 4 star wide out from Cali visiting with Echols?

Apparently the 4-star wideout isn't being offered by USC and he and Echols are cousins. Apparently DJ Johnson knows Echols and is trying to recruit him. The wideout is only 5'9, but I'd take him at this point given our need at receiver.

I've seen the kid & hunter play several times now. I don't like just throwing **** at the wall but buddy really reminds me of roscoe but more physical at this point. 100% a take. Slide right into Sam's spot

Yeah. Buddy's the truth. You gotta remember the majority of people on here are trolls & just content to be miserable. The kid is an army all American for a very good reason. Same people that complain about him being 5'9 complain about Harleys offer & bandy. Trust were not hurting just cause of Holloman's situation. I'm hoping there can be some legs to it with Echols and DJ Johnson and this kid and Echols being cousins and OV'ing here. Especially with our need for receivers, why not make a run for these two Cali kids and being them with DJ? Seems like our chances are better with them than with Smith and Jeudy. Echols is a long term need too and he looks solid.

We might be thinking of different guys, but I'm pretty sure we got late visits from a couple very highly ranked CA guys. Could have sworn Lee was one of them, but maybe you're right.

Let's hope he's better than Willie Dixon,the last stud wr we got from cali.He too was about 5-9 with 4.3 speed,top 5 wr with offers from everyone but did nothing at um and left after a year or 2.
