Bring in somebody who has been consistently good in the Big basketball conferences..
It's a pity because basketball is the easiest sport to NIL your way to the top tier. 8 good NIL contracts and we are through

Rather it’s the players, L, admin, other coaches, resources, nil, idk. For L to basically say *** this **** in the middle of the season just one full season since going to the elite 8 and f4 in back to back years tells me something is sour besides the score at the end of each game.
 
The Brandon Johnson eval hurt too. He's a good kid but isn't an ACC 4.

L chased Kidd too, desperate to get a big and dispel the whole bigs don't fit in his system narrative. Kidd is entirely one dimensional.

Then there's the handing the keys to a catch and shoot guy like Pack who really is more 6th man. And definitely not a PG. Oh, I have no idea what Jalen is doing here speaking of catch and shoot.

We literally have nobody who can drive to the hoop. Teams are even figuring out Divine there. Not that it was overly difficult
 
Caught about 2 minutes of the 1st half. Defense was atrocious. Offense was just as bad. it's one thing to be undermanned or out talented, but it's a whole other thing not to have any fight. Team is soft, physically and mentally. Bethae is a talent. No doubt about it, but he's one of the most immature players I've seen in a while. This team has packed it in and laid down. Very disappointing to say the least. Gotta hit on the new hire.

Just wondering, how do you feel about your preseason predictions on the season.
I thought at best, they could be right below 500.

There was a time when Canes fans wanted to see Matt Cross Knocking down 3s in the Watsco Center.
Sadly, no one ever thought it would be because he was playing for SMU.

I think a complete rebuild is more attractive than trying to win with players who don't fit what you want to do.
For example, most of these guys were brought to Miami because Miami was still trying to play small ball.
Now, I expect all of these players to be in the transfer portal before the plane lands from losing in the ACC Tournament.
A new HC with 13 scholarships will allow the new HC to build the team in his image.

Johnson is a small ball 4.
Sure, small ball got Miami to an Elite 8 and Final 4 but these last two years of small ball have been a complete disaster.
A 10 game losing streak last season and potentially a 20 game losing streak this season.
Coach L left nothing behind to build upon.

This really puts in perspective bidens edict on n.i.l. that all athletes should recv same $. I mean the ladies on miami fencing team deserve more than these brickers, right?

It would be fantastic if coach will tell Johnson to stop shooting 3s or sit his *** on the bench. He is hitting like 10% for the year
