Let's see how we start with the ball in the second half. Last year we were horrid when we got the ball after the half.........

Guarantee Goldens happy with thi sgame..this is the game they wanted..he coaches like he still is @ Temple. I truly believe it. This guy doesnt realize that our kids are more talented than he guys they are playing. I mean you can tell by our defensive scheme..and our approach on offense today....Coley out their coaching like Coach Pepe @ Doral or some sh*t going against the Liberty City Warriors..dude just scared..i have to think he is setting something up.

We can go that route...1st game, freshman QB...fair enough...

Fact is...not a good half of football...lets call a spade a spade. Poor offensive showing, ST break down of the worst kind...decent defense that got a few big drops to stop drives.

We will see if this was first game nerves and miscues or just a poorly prepared squad in the second half. Right now, it looks like the latter to me.

Gotta take Kayaas handcuffs off and throw down field, can't protect and run into an eight man front.
 
We jus held a Petrino coached offense to 7 points and 165 yards in the half. Gotta give Coach D and the kids kudos. God knows the opportunity has been rare lately. OL needs to get their **** straight.
 
We have no oline, no dline, and neither of the our coordinators can coach worth a ****. But other than that, good 1st half.

I'm rustled. Coley belongs on a HS sideline along with Kehoe. Golden & D belong at a Big 10 school like Purdue. Shalala can die in a fire for all I care. They ruined my favorite passion. Thanks, Obama
 
Anybody saying we should cut any of our o line recruits out of this years class should rethink it. We need all the help we can get. Kehoe is failing as a coach.
 
cover the middle of the field man up on the receivers with dbs not linebackers and the oline has to block better or we loose

And that comes with starting a true frosh QB.... he looked good in practices but that was because no one was coming to behead him...

I think he has started to settle down a little now that he's gotten knocked around.

Bottom line O-line needs to give protection and until they start unloading some deep balls to keep L'ville defense respective they will continue to stack the box and bring heat to Kaaya

I stll believe, We need to put Duke on this Kickoff and let him get use some good field position
 
you need to stretch the field coley....all the playactions called have worked EASILY...they are stacking the box.

Besides the coaching in all three phases being a bit average, not a bad half.

The offense needs to use the middle of the field a lot more to make things easier for Kaaya. Should use Duke and Yearby at the same time to confuse the defense. The OL needs to play to their potential; I'm at the point of just saying f*** Kehoe, play the best you can.

Can DNo please stop rushing only 3. We have no one that's established enough out of the three to get consistent pressure. Use McCord and or Chad like GT used Attaochu; 85% rushing, 15% coverage. LB's need to play tighter. Safeties are a tad bit late.

That kickoff return reminded me of the Radio days.

That is NOT a good UL team. Coaching matters, and when you have Coley calling 3rd down plays, you are way behind the 8 ball. That last posession we had looked like a Radio 2 minute drill, only worse.

Kaaya looks like he has a worse arm than Ryan Williams. I love how we keep rolling him out to the left. LOL!

"Just distribute the ball to our playmakers" Well, that may be too tough an assign,ment for this staff.

I'm gonna pray for a 2nd half adjustment, like I have for the last 12 years. The odds say that ONCE every 12 seasons, we will make adjustments thart work.

they have a qb who's never started and are missing their best wr and rb
 
Wake me up when Shalala chokes on some old cooch and drops dead. We might get our team back then.
