Good thing we don't face another team of this caliber until FSU. Still embarassing. Petrino made UL look like last year's squad with a new QB, multiple defenders drafted, etc. This looks like the same team we've seen since 2012 with a slightly better defense.

To be fair the D kept us in the game but that's until they got tired, but its disappointing the performance that was out on the field, we're not a zone running team and you can tell that, we have to block man on man later in the game you could tell Kaaya was a little shook in the pocket cause he started to get happy feet, UL started to adjust to us running play action from under center I put that on coley to change it up have 3 to 5 step drops and let Kaaya get the ball off quickly, we all knew Kaaya would have growing pains and we saw that now and to say Golden made a bad decision on that is being a hypocrite since we ALL wanted them to start Kaaya, but I wish we let the playbook become more open and show what Kaaya to do and let him work to his strengths, our D played quite well in the start but time of POS killed us at the end you could tell the D was gassed but they should've rotated more defensive players in the game.

We are a very talented and pacified team. We have taken on the personality of a coaching staff that tries to be "good guys". In this day and age, you got to have a killer mentality, guys on the team that will slap your mama and then look you in the eye and say "what?"

Golden is very good in many aspects, unfortunately game day coaching, game prepping and hiring of coordinators are not his strengths.

What is sad is that as a 30+ year fan of this program I am losing my ability to get worked up about this team. These past ten+ years have killed my spirit. I am no where near surprised that we played the way we did. We will struggle with the average Joes, may win some close ones Vs. mid level teams, and get blasted by top tier teams.

To address the repeated times someones says " We Back" unfortunately my cane family we are far from being anywhere near "back"

If this coaching staff remains intact at the coordinator levels, we will never be on the actual road "back". Dont get me wrong we are headed in the right direction but we are not on the correct road. Our navigators must change!!

I am highly disappointed in what I saw tonight from the offense...this is what we are going to see constantly from opposing defenses, sell out to stop the run and force the freshman to beat you. We have to be able to game plan around these things. How in the **** we got here in week one is just a **** poor job of getting this offense ready. ******* bull****. I am so sick of watching this team get embarrassed.
