Weird win. Terrible rebounding, ton of fouls and some good luck.

Both teams shot well overall but the difference was from 3PT and FTs.

I'm not worried about our inside play. Once Murphy is back, we'll be fine. He's a monster, and led Okie State in rebounding as a sophomore.

Needs work, kind of laid off a little 2nd half. Recognize it's more or less an exhibition game, but we went cold for part of the 2nd half and of course Angel did as well. We are going to have some trouble with tall teams. Missed parts of the game as Fox Sports kept cutting out in the 2nd half. Course it's better than watching Canes football.

I hope everyone realizes that ULL is not UT-Rio Grande or whatever the **** they were. ULL is a decent opponent. They won 22 games last year. They were in the NCAAs 2 years ago, they were picked to win the Sun Belt this year and go back to the Dance. A 16 point win, without Murphy, where we were ahead by as many as 20, and never less than 12 in the second half, is good against this opponent.

Exactly. It's early, Tonye was in foul trouble all game, and Murphy didn't play, and ULL has a big man that may be a borderline 1st round pick maybe 2nd round, and no wonder they did work on the inside.

The game was never in doubt from about the 13 minute on in the 1st half.

Rodriguez played much much better, and if he plays like that we have a chance to be really good.

Lawrence has HIGH basketball IQ, it's so easy to see. He understands the game so well for a freshman.

Newton was the one who came in turning the ball over, not Rodriguez.
