Federman has to be done as the closer. If we want to be great this year we need to make some changes.

Federman had that batter on the ropes and they chose to stick with breaking balls. The kid was clearly sitting on it. If Federman give the heater, maybe even a little chinny you're getting a swing. I mean then we go bottom 9 and we're taking fastballs and swinging at breaking balls.

The team is ridiculous talented, but for God's sake play offensive baseball on both sides. Every body who knows any damned thing about baseball knows that you have to get after it now. These days, especially in college baseball. You cannot hold the bats back. Pitchers wants to go right after batters and batters need to be ready to take some real *** hacks.

Gino has built a damned good team. He just needs to evolve his coaching. This old school **** is going to keep us on the outside looking in.

He missed his spots on the fastball when trying to throw away which we shouldn't have been doing anyway because of the shift. That ball should have been way in on the hands or near the top of the numbers inside.

We will out-talent the lesser teams in the ACC and might even pull off a series against one of the better teams, but this program won’t make noise on a national level.
