He is def not overrated. Seems to be in a funk early this season though. Artie Burns and Antonio Crawford been getting a lot of reps at 1's in practice from what i've been reading.

Arm is okay, hes only 19. After Morris, any arm will look lackluster. One of the strongest arms out there, NFL, college, etc.
