Because he is a finesse back. He isnt a physical power runner. People see his size and assume he is a bruiser, he just isnt and why it was so important to get a power back the last the few years, because we dont have a bruiser on our roster.

He's a big back in size only. He doesn't run like one - didn't the second he stepped on campus. It's just not in his nature - he's quickly going to get passed up on the depth chart if those 3 RBs stick.

Really Yearby and Gray should be getting carries ahead of him.
 
I'd like to see more of the New England play book with this team, Malc and Berrios can run all those welker routes, we have some good TE's.. and some good outside speed to stretch the Safeties...

He isn't good enough in pass coverage to be taken in the 1st round imo.

I think he's a great downhill MLB and will be productive in the NFL, but he's a guy you take off the field on passing downs.
