If we lose to Clemson in the ACCT Quarterfinals? Absolutely, you'd be right, #1 seed would be off the table. But not a regular season game almost a month and a half before the post-season.

I completely disagree, but that is your opinion. I've seen good Eddie Sutton Arkansas teams lose to some **** team like SMU or Baylor on the road and drop out of the top 5 or 10, lose in the SWC final and get stuck with a crap seed. In my opinion, it matters very much what you do late in the game.

Smart man. People don't realize for some reason the #1 team has changed 5 times over the last 6 weeks. The top 5 even keeps being shuffled in and new teams replace them.

These are facts, some of these guys have no use for facts. WIN EVERY GAME OR YOU SUCK!!

All joking aside this was an awful offensive game, easily worst all season, and some very poor shot selection. Lazy passing and not enuff consistent emphasis to play an inside-outside game. You dont want your shooters to be scared to shoot, but we did a lot of chucking 2night, not very many open in rhythm shots and even those didnt fall.

The only thing to take away from this game is that we didnt give up, and fought our way to a victory. Other then that, we need to move on very quickly from this game.

UVA is going to be a very tough game, and u better believe they were watching this game 2night. We cannot have a similar performance or we will get worked.
 
I know Smokey mad as **** he couldn't make a cliched comment about how deep, painful and meaningful that game could of been had we lost.
 
I love all the people calling Miami frauds because of this game. It's like they haven't watching a single ******* game this year and how many top 5 teams have lost, or how tough playing on the road truly is. ******* morons man, and some of them on this board.

A win is a ******* win, good teams pull these wins out, and we did. Plain and simple.

There's gunna be games where the basket's got a lid on it. Even happens in the NBA.

The important thing is UM has fought, sctratched, clawed and won those type of ugly ACC games.

I agree except the FT shooting was very good.

I don't think UVA is this juggernaut the board makes them out to be...

I couldnt post as I was at my Pops house and I sure as **** wasnt going to do that **** on my phone.

Stressful ******* game man. Last time I yelled that loud was the game against NC State. We had our 2nd worst shooting night of the season (stats be damned) and our defense was porous until it mattered.

However, none that **** means anything. This team figured out a way to win.... on the road. Like some have said, there has been tons of top 5-10 teams that have lost these kinds of games all season. Not this team, not now.

12-0 in the ACC, 21-3 overall, 7-0 on the road in the ACC, 13-game winning streak and #2 in the entire country

Today was a good day.

Great teams make their own luck.
Would not be surprised though to see them get jumped in the polls.

That's because we're not "accepted" as a member of the elite teams club just yet. We came out of nowhere to **** on Duke and UNC, so the nitpickers are going to be out in force when we struggle. We aren't a **** brand in CBB and the establishment fears what it doesn't understand.

This team is more than it's parts, if that makes sense, and it's very hard to categorize us, because we've won so many different ways. So since they really can't figure out what makes us good, they'll choose to point out the minor flaws that name-brand teams routinely get ignored.
