I have said ii many times on this board over the last 3 years, Mario will stock the cupboard with talent, win 10 or 11 games a year, but he will never win anything of significance. He's just not a good HC.

I don’t fault the university for investing in Mario as the available choices were…limited. At best.

But sadly, it’s the huge investment that will save Mario’s stupid and mediocre *** from the firing he doesn’t deserve personally, but professionally.

He’s not a winner at this level. At least not yet.

it was apparent that we had the better HC coaching here for 2 years and let him walk. he now has 2 11 win seasons in his first 3 years as an HC. how many does Mario have in his entire career?

You are wrong. The teams with returning QBs are going to be even better next year. SMU, Syracuse, Clemson, Miami will be mid tier.

Disagree all you want. You just look silly. We just got beat by Syracuse with a QB that's returning next year. I also left out VT who we barely beat and Cal as well. All those teams will be better next year than they were this year.
