Weird schedule
It’s more than weird, it sucks.

Both off weeks burned before mid-October, and last two games away and probably cold af.

If someone asked me how to draw it up to make sure we tank at the end, this is about how I’d do it. And God knows we don’t need any help.

BUT…playing ND and UF in the same season? F it, sign me up.

Those bye weeks are bull****. There's no reason to schedule them like that. So we close the season with 7 straight games.

I HATE Thurs/Fri games. At least ours is at home. There's a reason the SEC avoids them. Just another reason to get out of the ACC. **** ESPN too. They scheduled 11 ACC games on Thurs/Fri.

Winning season rides on our DL , there choice to improve if not we’ll need 5 TD passes and 450 yards passing a game to stay close.
New DC has a complete mindset and hands on hips attitude to change or replace SUPER FAST .
If not it will be an avalanche of losses all these teams know our DL hasn’t had the stomach for a fight and folds very early and cuddles in a ball.

Don’t think for a moment teams don’t know this and towards end of season it worsens it’s a proven FACT

OUR CHOICE to change to the X way oh sorry that takes unbelievable work , I wonder how many are are up and training now at 5:00 AM the X way , probably NONE

This is way I see it: split the schedule in half because we have two seasons.

ND, Bethune, USF, UF, FSU, UL

And

Stanford, SMU, Cuse, NCST, VT, Pitt

In an ideal world, we go 5-1 through each stretch and finish the season 10-2.

If you go 4-2 in those first 6 games, then you need to finish the season 6-0, which is a ton of pressure. We also know Mario is prone to slip ups against inferior teams.

9-3 won’t get us to the playoffs unless we win the ACC. It’s really has to be 10-2 or better.

Need to continue to upgrade the defense and get some reliable weapons at WR.
