Absurd 10:30pm start time obviously doesn’t help. Will be interesting to see where this line closes. Good sign that the vig is higher on Miami. Cal’s loss to FSU really doesn’t look too good right about now.

I think we’ll be fine. Time zone difference and late start time will have an impact but probably not by much on a bunch of 18-25 year olds with just the 33 year old outlier (cam). BUT it’s also easy to mitigate even that if the coaching staff insists on shifting everyone to west coast time sleeping patterns starting now so they’re completely adjusted for the game.

I'm of the belief that every team going forward will utilize the tape Louisville put out last year and usf/VT replicated.

The defense is going to have to prepare for what's on film and a hyper motion offense on the edges.

The best we've played it was vs florida, but florida did it sparingly. Team didn't look tired.

Perhaps, but most teams we play won’t be able to replicate what VT’s OL, Tuten, and Drones did.

will be an excellent opportunity for us to be the prime focus on college gameday and a night game to dominate

hopefully we take advantage

You do realize game day crew will say it was a TD. No mention of the GT game not a fumble play. No mention of the two 17s. Etc etc. espn is a bunch of SEC pumpers.
what are you talking about?

college gameday is going to be covering our game next week, which means we'll get a lot more air coverage than typical

we are also playing a lesser opponent

it's a good opportunity for us to look dominant in front of a lot of eyes next saturday

Not an X & O guru so would love to see an in depth thread on this

I feel better about this turning into a blowout then I did about VT.

Bain and Rivers hopefully back will do wonders to both lines. Not overly worried about a pocket passer.
he's not a statue, but i'm with you, can't see him throwing with two guys hanging off him like drones and brown ... plus i think we'll come back to earth a little in regards to the fanfare ... and due to the magnitude we'll be locked in ...

Idk how cal won a game after how they looked vs FSU. Canes by 40

It was their second traveling east in 3 weeks. It was an early kick. Basically the opposite of the time zone situation for Miami on this one.

Not shocked they lost to fsu. They are a solid team but Miami should win this by 14+ unless Miami has a lot of guys out injured.

The injuries is the unknown right now.

If Bain, Rivers, Alston, Harris are all still out plus Baron being banged up, Francis hobbled, George hobbled.

Miami might be in a battle then.
