Until Pope takes that Alabama license plate cover off of his car and puts on a UM one then I'll say hes coming.

imo his tape says he's a RB but his body says he's a DB. that said i do think there could be something brandon powell-ish to him as a WR, but richt traditionally doesn't use WRs in that fashion (hence our stringent height requirements which eventually led us to losing harley). i also think travis homer should be a DB though so maybe i'm biased.

i still think he's a take cuz he has that dj dallas quality to him where he's a good athlete and a true football player you just have to figure the position out.

Daughter was junior cheerleader for the duke game. Practices were on Sunday. Last practice was at green tree. **** near sharted in my pants when I saw car pull up and park with bama plate cover. Said to myself it's either a recruit with big cantaloupes or Chrisnoballs wants a new gig. MP got out of the car. Check unofficial visit dates. No not a dodge. Wouldn't make that isshh up. Too new to this forum to start false rumors. But seeing how I myself have been getting testicular ecchymoses from every top recruit "possibly" coming here I don't want anyone getting the same cause it's painful.

If true, nothing surprises me these days. How in the world does Bama have enough money to pay all of these studs go there? It's completely ridiculous.

Bama will likely land Smith to go along with their three other 4/5 star WRs this class. I've also read their favorites for Pope and Xavier next year. Are these kids that dumb? They have a run first QB, a stable of 4/5 star RBs, and there is only one football in play at a time. Do they really think they are going to put up any numbers in that offense? You can't build stats if you don't ever get the ball. I just don't get it.

Trying to sell them on Bama being "stacked" is what every other program does, and is it working? No. It's not.

Pointing out to these kids that other team is already really talented is a losing strategy, having our guys put up huge numbers in prime time games is a winning one.

The best way to combat Alabama is to keep lighting it up. Top prospects don't see the 6 guys on the bench, they see the one or two guys making big plays consistently.

Sell them on being the best in your program, not the other guy's depth chart.

Let them go.. Wr's can be developed.. 2018 has 6 can't miss wr's and 8 can't miss db's give me 3 locked in fron thise lists plus what we already have.
