Do you really believe there's only 6 4/5-star OL in the entire state of Texas?Well, considering that there are only 6 2023 4/5 star OL in the state of texas, the chances of signing one of those guys is very remote considering UT, ATM, OU, OSU, etc. Just being a realist.
That’s the thing. Texas offers $50K for offensive linemen. So they get a glut of them, now. Well, unless you want to keep over signing and ruin your roster balance then you cannot keep signing at the same velocity each year. So the Longhorn’s ability to leverage the NIL for offensive linemen in 2023’s class will be more limited. They probably don't have spots left.

I don't care what any recruiting service may say. It just doesn't make sense.
Texas has 30 million people and is very passionate about high school football. So much so that they treat it like it's college football.
With that many people and the commitment to high school football, there cannot be only 6 blue chip OL in the state of Texas.

It’s kind of like when Randy Shannon signed six wide receivers in his 2008 class. He wasn’t able to get any in his 2009 class.
