Bumping an old thread...this kid has flipped and flopped all over the place (Clemson, UF, Oregon). Any chance we look at this guy? Lots of top notch WRs in state this year.

Committed to Oregon over the weekend.

This kid along with Killins are two that fit the mold of our program and have that game changer ability. Be it special teams or just getting them the ball in open field. Need them in this class.

Both are committed elsewhere

You new to recruiting?

You don't get everybody, the wr position is so deep.

McDoom was linked to Oregon for months now.
Killians wants to play in that Scott Frost offense.

You don't get everybody that's true, but you don't miss out on these guys. All season long I've been seeing guys we missed out on doing well for their respective teams. Now we have Star Power that that can walk into a kids home and change the whole ballgame. One of the best coaches in the game today based on win percentage comes into either one of these kids homeand tells them they can play a part in something special. Compared to the coaches of the schools they are committed, that's big bank take little bank. Not taking anything away from either coach bc both are pretty decent up and coming from what I hear. The question is do you think these two players could help make an impact here?

Both of them could make an impact here, McDoom can be really good, neither is can't miss.

Sony, Cook, Cooper, Ridley is can't miss.

I'll see him (McDoom) tomorrow and possibly tonight.

Definitely plan on getting his thoughts on this. Me and him have been joking about Fat Al being fired for months.
any word ?

I will check tomorrow.

As of Thursday when I talked to him he was all duck even joking with me about it.

I know Michigan was on him HEAVY. Michigan practiced at West Orange for the bowl game and was all over our coaches the entire week.

Per 247 he was quoted as saying that he told the Oregon staff that he was planning to visit Michigan and then Oregon proceeded to revoke his scholarship. That's so hardball **** right there. No chance we pursue him considering the other targets we're after though

Not a ton of communication between him and UM. I think the staff if concentrating on other talent at WR. If and when they get around to him I think it'll be to late. And yes, Oregon pulled a Paul Johnson on him.

I think with a real QB in high school this kid could have been a high 4 star, top 5-10 in the state player.

Wherever he goes he'll show out.

I really wish UM would concentrate in the 407 more. Some serious athletes coming through in the next 4yrs and I very rarely see or hear of UM coaches around. I really hope Richt changes that.
