People said we had zero talent when DNofrio was DC, then Diaz turned almost the exact same players into a respectable unit. They said we no talent when Enos was OC, yet Lashlee turned into a top 25 offense the next year. You'd be amazed at what a competent coordinator and scheme can do. We have plenty of talent, I think Guidry is simply a mediocre DC.
