Yes, because it's playing the result. Miami having a legit QB does make a world of difference and it does for pretty much every other program. One can easily argue that had Miami had a COMPETENT QB the last two years, he would have won 8+ games in both seasons. Think about how many games TVD lost with turning the ball over.
