This is why I can't put Saban as the greatest college football coach of all-time. He has every single built-in advantage outside of total revenue which is done by Texas. All Alabama cares about is football, there's nothing else to take into consideration. These red necks pay his **** mortgage while he makes north of $5 mil per year. All their money goes towards facilities and they hired a former USC head coach in Sarkisian to be a **** analyst/statistician/whatever position.

Chise is wise to the game.....he knows the art of sleight of hand.......especially during recruiting season....

Recruiting is half the battle. These high school coaches are already recruiters. They have to recruit players from rival schools all the time. Plus these 7v 7 tournaments give them familiarity with players not at their school. For years we have been understaffed while SEC schools have bag men and recruiters that do nothing else. It's time we caught up. Hire this dude for 2 years, he gets something on his resume, then we hire someone to replace him. Time will tell. BTW Baez has been responsible for more than just Gulliver players, and half yall don't know what goes into organizing camps, and getting all the recruits on board when the coaches are busy coaching the current players. It's tedious work and with the size and amount of players in South Florida we have to work that much harder to keep other schools with more money out. And before that, even get a foot back where Golden lost it.

It's terrible for the game, but when a team ups the stakes you have to play the game. If I'm UM I hire every local guy with recruiting juice to the support staff. Shut this **** down completely on the local level.

PETE, I understand and agree. But, I also think playing "20 questions" does look amateur and cheapens your scoop. Give us a heads up, that lets the world know, that you know and then when you break the news, with permission, you demonstrate you are connected. Thanks for the great work!

You're right about all that. Thanks for dealing with fools like this and still doing what you do. We appreciate you posting stuff like this and it's good to know that at least something is happening, especially with no major news happening otherwise.. I tend to be one of the silent followers of the site, but just know that there is always a silent majority that appreciates your insight more than ignants like the dude over here.

Hire DeeJay the Ambassador as a UM football intern to recruit during the dead period. He gets class credit. He maintains his eligibility. The team gets commits.
