Miami investigating two players for possible violations

When giving out just a little info goes wrong:

Barry Jackson: "Two officials inside UM’s football program expressed optimism that Muhammad and those unidentified players would be cleared to play next season, but another UM official said that could not be said with any degree of certainty yet because the matter is still being investigated."

2 of 3 UM officials are optimistic that only major involvement is Young, the other basically just saying matter still under investigation.
 
Pretty much sums it up here. AQM has a lot of potential, but that's really about it. Let's hope in a more aggressive system with a contract year looming that his play will match the high expectations of this board.

Is this the first time y'all followed UM Football? There is always a mid summer **** up or two. First was Walton,
Now we have a few more. I understand the University has to self investigate of they see something fishy, but cot **** keep it in house! The Miami media loves to burry the home team! You don't see this anywhere else.

Now onto the players: While Juwon Young is talented, he is easily replaceable especially in the system. The really problem with him is more so depth.

AQfcukkinM--- cmon man! You were already kicked off for a year after punching some geek in the face. Totally ridiculous by UM though. Should of been suspended a game not a year. But **** you would think he would lay low, make sacks, and head to the league....
If UM popped him bad for a knockout punch, what do think is gonna happen when they see his Instagram and he has no answers?!

Don't know what to say about Grace, Jenkins, and the others mention. I never remember Grace and Jenks ever getting in a jam.

Time will tell, but this doesn't bode well for the players implicated and it doesn't bode well for the season.

I love AQM's potential. But how many more guys do we just have to sit here and beg to fulfill their potential? I'm just not in that game anymore I guess. Hope it works out but I hardly expect anything from him anymore. He seems to have one of those careers that is constantly faced with obstacles.

You're weak and easily discouraged over what, so far at least, is minor
 
AQM and 99.9% of the defense the past 5 years haven't performed bc they've been coached by retards. No DL has had good numbers in the 5 years Golden was here. Stop saying he hasn't done anything. NO ONE HAS when you play paddy cake.

U have a very dumb perspective on things... Hes only been on the field 2 years. Last season he had 54 tackles and 5 or 6 sacks... Its more than just potential??

You must be trying to defend Golden and Donofrios scheme bc Wtf r u talking about?
 
AQM is a 1st round talent and is the most important player on our defense this year.... Im rooting for him and every other player involved in this bs to be cleared and able to play including Juwon Young.

You're assuming the car dealer/renter did something wrong. Just because they were renting fancy cars doesn't mean anyone did anything wrong.

Seems that JY is gone and AQM will play. Herald and Post lean that way, the Sun-Sentinal does not even mention AQM. The one official who was uncertain about AQM was probably in CYA mode. If nothing more is revealed in the next few days, AQM will be fine. The team will get along fine without JY, although I am sorry to see the young man mess up his college life because of dumb car rental. If only one luxury car was involved, my guess is that each player rode in the car, but the rental was in JY's name. He will be the fall guy. His former girlfriend ratted him out. I hope she is happy about causing people grief.

Why can't they just be forced to pay whatever is owed? Hasn't the NCAA done that before?
