Absolutely love this. Was not a fan of Joe as a coach or his recruiting. However, was hoping he was going to go off field so we could keep a Poly connection on the staff because we need to keep getting those guys. This is the best of both worlds. Better Poly connection off field and we can get another quality coach on staff to actually develop and make our players better.
