If cam hits wide open arroyo on second drive for TD this a totally different game. 4th and one play was there and he missed it as well. Those two plays were huge. Could have had a fast start first half. Instead stuck in the mud because of those two plays

Maybe this will have a positive effect. Team will realize they need to get off to a fast start and not wait to the second half. Cam will hold the ball less. Dump it to your safety valves quicker. Take what the d gives you and don't think you can hold it forever to get a big play. Guidry needs to learn to coach so doubt we get an improvement there, but gap integrity should be the lesson.

There's nothing to change on O. Ward played like *** - I doubt he plays that badly again this season.

The D is an unmitigated disaster though.

He didn't play well against FSU either. The defense did their part. They held them to 28 points and we got the ball back. This is on the O

Look we had the chance to win it and Cam fumbled it away. Is what it is. Just overall bad team play.
Cam was bad in the 2nd quarter and had the bad fumble at the end there.

That's always been the case.

We'd have a better chance of making the playoffs if we don't make the ACCCG than if we lose it.

Our path is one of:
Win the ACC (hasn't changed)
Don't make the ACCCG (we'd have a shot at making the playoffs)
There's zero chance a 2 loss ACC team makes the playoffs. So this loss just eliminated a second ACC teamm from making it because now everybody has at least 1 loss.

We are not making the CFP without winning the ACC. We have 1 quality win and a bunch of sketchy wins. Miamivis going to drop to the 16-18 range.

Bottom lines. Mario needs a top 5 class every year to be competitive to over come his coaching. I’m a fan but I’m starting to lean towards he can’t coach. The play calling is terrible. That was a game plans? Fooling ourselves and we play in the ACC. What’s our record in the big 10 ? Forget SEC

I thought that after the previous close call games, but they still come out doing the same ****. Not expecting much, but agree maybe this is the wakup call they need?

There are other LBs. Washington and Pruit shoukd have played. They both have speed, van get sideline to sideline, and can cover in pass coverage.

It's Guidry's fault for relying on just 2-3 LBs, when the younger guys are physically talented.

True. I saw 17 out there early. But not since the first half.
