Miami Featured on ESPN Bounce Back Segment

It may be the orange and green glassses but I actually feel really good about our team right now, even with the question marks on defense. I feel like we are in better shape than F$U to be honest with you.

Nothing to do with being a homer.

Your optimism and mine is because we return one of the top qb's in the country, one of the top rb's in country, one of the best OL's in the country and a defense that is finally composed of grown *** men instead of teenagers.
Heck we even have one of the best punters in the country with the new grad student from Cincy.
AND we have a schedule that screams 10-2 and even hints at 12-0 and an ACCCG.

Going to be a special season.

Agree with all that except for the defense. There are still going to be plenty of young players throughout it. Should be better than last year, but as of now we're still going to be lacking a quality d-line. Hopefully Porter will have his first fully healthy season b/c we're sure going to need him to be big next year

Fellas.. May I present to you Maryland. In 2011 they were ranked 108th and in 2012 ended up ranked 21st.
Maryland in 2011 suffered from what Miami 2012 defensive suffered from, youth, depth issues caused by suspension and injuries which caused a bunch of younger guys to play before their time but also got them value experience and a means of depth building. That's what we went through last year which will no doubt pay off this year.

Also, got to have some faith in our boys D'onofrio and Golden.
Their first year at Temple they were ranked 117th by 2009 they improved to 32nd.
So they've done it before and are on track to do it again.

The best part of the feature was that Mark May said.....nothing. On Monday, Andre Ware picked Missouri as a school that would "bounce back" in 2013 and Mark May chimed in about how much Mizzou would struggle next season. His silence concerning UM speaks volumes to me about the season that he thinks we might have in 2013. He never misses an opportunity to bash Miami..

I wish I could like this post a million times
