Notre Dame's gonna try to kill the clock on the ground in the 2nd half. Gotta be strong up front.

It depends when the offense gets going. If the defense can get an opening drive stop, and the offense sets off the fireworks from there we are in business. But our offense is feast or famine. It's either doing it all or doing nothing, and for some reason I feel like we had our shot to do it all and completely steal the momentum and energy on those opening two drives and we didn't.
 
Idiot talking about us playing good defense so dar when they methodically picked us apart for over 6 minutes on the clock on one drive.

Kelly's game plan is the clock tonight if you haven't noticed. Less offensive snaps and a **** of a lot less tempo.

The offense has been fine aside from Derpsett and Feliz Navidad ******* up. I think we can get this game tied up but unless D'Onofrio forgets the 15 yard cushion he's giving the Wr's it ain't happening.

Everett Golson sucks, but that cushion is making him look good.

wish we had a second large back
also, have we seen a bubble screen yet?
not sure why we have abandoned this call this week
it would really pull the CBs up, giving us the HR ball again
 
We're in this ****. Two suspect calls killed our momentum along with some drops. Al's got to get the boys minds right in the locker room and we'll be OK.

Get in people's faces and throw **** at halftime. We need an Ed Reed speech!! **** ND! These ******* can be beat. Our guys need to step the **** up and win. There is nothing special they are doing. Our guys are beating themselves by playing soft and dropping passes. Play like Canes and you will not lose. STEP YOUR ******* GAME UP or keep your ***** *** in the locker room.
 
I would LOVE to be a fly on the wall during halftime. If we do in fact come back I guarantee someone unexpected stepped up and got into these boys faces...might even be some freshman on the verge of tears.

Exactly. In a lot of ways the K-State game was easier to accept because we simply got beat by a better team that day. Tonight we are beating ourselves.

Again. we get to see if this team can be resilient. Get out of it's own way and start to move the ball. It's going to be a really interesting half of football.
 
Too many complaining ******* here. Coaching on both sides of the ball has been great. Can't do anything if we can't get pressure or can't catch.we are in this game and should be winning. We are still young and maybe the moment got to us. We will learn whatever happens. I think we will turn it on in the second half. But to complain about the coaching GTfOH.
