Wake Forest lost their QB last night in the first drive of the 3rd quarter (maybe shoulder) and never cameback. Something to keep an eye on if you're a betting guy

We don’t do too well against teams that have a QB with a banged up shoulder.

It’s his non-throwing (left) shoulder. He was warming up on the sideline after the injury but Clawson decided to let the backup play given the game plan was to run more.

But, like everyone is saying, it doesn’t matter who plays QB against our defense. The starter will be able to run like Michael Vick and throw it like Dan Marino with little to no pressure.

Wake has a porous DL and pass defense. If our offense can't score 50, there's a serious problem.

We covered against Duke.

UF — Yes
Ball State — Yes
USF — Yes
Louisville — Yes
FSU — Yes
Duke — Yes

We’re doing better against the spread than not. It’s a fact.
 
We should handle WF at home, its the road game against a high level passing attack at Syracuse that is going to be tough.

I will say I thought of our remaining 4 games, I always thought the GT game was the toughest. They are a tough team with a high level OL group, and King is a really good athlete with fast weapons. They also had 2 weeks to prepare.

Cuse presents a challenge with passing game, But their OL isnt as good, and their style of play is more alike what Miami likes to do. Lets go win a shootout.

Let’s just enjoy Wake. Unfortunately I don’t see how the D can even be a speed bump to Cuse’s offense. The one thing that can give me a little bit of hope is if the offense goes back to looking like it did before GT. If it does, we have a chance of beating Cuse in a shoot out. Would also be nice if the offense didn’t wait until the second half to show up.

No, Vegas...Vegas expecting a ****ed off Miami team, I expect a flat team who may lose out. I have zero expectations the rest of the season

I cannot imagine we will be any less than a 10 point fav vs Cuse which gives us more than just " a chance" of beating them.

Sagarin's predictor has us 10 points better than Syracuse, so with the home field adjustment it should be just under 10.
