You're forgetting that to gain yardage on a pass play, the pass has to be caught. FSU has not shown the ability to do that. FSU isn't getting stopped by good defenses. They stop themselves.

Memphis defense isn’t good and they were slow and small and fsu still couldn’t score. This is the worst offense the defense will face this year. If they let these dudes score over 20 people need to be fired and scholarships pulled

You’re under the misunderstanding that Miami can actually cover someone. Anyone in CFB can catch wide open crossers!

All you had to do was say that you haven't watched FSU play yet. Again, FSU isn't having passes broken up by defenders. They just drop wide open passes.

This game won’t be close. Guidry get a it together for the next few weeks till all those midget slot recovers from gA tech kill us. 54-15 Miami.

I think our front 4 will hit their QB a ton. Fsu will have some long run plays because our guys get out of position and we will be forcing them to beat us with the pass. I’m not sold that FSU can complete enough forward passes to win another game this year. Surely having to do that against our DL will be a massive challenge.

It could get very ugly for FSU if Miami doesn’t make mistakes.

Yep. We just have to get in their QB's face, whoever it is. Duke pushed their O-line around even when they dropped 7 in coverage.

TrumpyCane doesn't think you guys realize how awful Brock Glenn is

Hes 51/115 2 TDs 5 INTs the last 2 seasons, he's god awful

The freshman Luke is better but he has zero experience and is not ready at all

They may be without Kam Davis and are already thin at RB so if they have to rely on Toafili and their QB scrambling, we should be able to contain them for the most part. I suspect they’ll want to run it a lot to shorten the game plus, as you note, they are not an aerial threat.

I expect them to pull out all the stops, onside kicks, flea flickers, fake punts, you name it. And I wouldn’t be surprised at all if they play dirty, particularly when they trail big late.

Luke made a couple nice passes but his WR dropped them. They should probably play Luke cause Glenn sees ghost.

I’m expecting at least 10-15 “injury” timeouts for FSU players. Miami needs to get up 3 scores then just keep pointing to the scoreboard. Mario may be wise to not play George too many snaps.
