I said 17.5 last week so that’s about what I expected. I think it’s a good line. Probably the best defense we’ve seen to this point but who cares their offense can’t keep up for 60 minutes. I see this somewhere in the neighborhood of 38-16.

Apologies if this is the wrong forum. I’ve been a Canes fan since they beat Oklahoma and Boz in 86. I’m travelling from Toronto to watch my first game against FSU with my son who is being indoctrinated. Any tips/recommendations on how to make the most out of the game day would be appreciated

It’s definitely better than the first 4 and Louisville.

Gave up a lot of yards to Clemson but only 29 points.

Their DL has been a massive disappointment but they have talent there. Their secondary is decent. Linebackers are terrible, I expect the backs and tight ends to really eat in the passing game.

Our offense is a ******* wagon. I’m not expecting fsu stop them consistently or anything. I just don’t think we’re gonna score 50+ without some help from their offense, which could very well happen. They are AWFUL on that side. So if we get turnovers and/or short fields the scoreboard could get fun. But imo we don’t just go up and down the field like we did against Louisville. We’re averaging 8.10 yards per play on the season. I think they hold us under that average, but again I’m 0% worried about this game because at some point our offense will score, we’re too good on that side. And I don’t see fsu being able to keep up. As awful as our secondary is, fsu isn’t scoring 30 on us.

Not sure which QB they use but Mike will find a way to get some points. They’ve had WR open every game they just dropped the ball. I’m sure they will catch some on Saturday and as well all have witnessed, this defense can’t stop a nose bleed.

As for their defense. Shockingly they haven’t quit on Mike. Their DB’s are still playing hard and their d-line is one of the better d-lines we face.

With all that being said. Miami should be able to put up 35pts + as long as they don’t turn the ball over. Cam needs to stay in his lane and not get greedy. Take what’s open and keep the chains moving and it should be a fun night.

If Cam gets greedy and turns it over multiple times giving FSU short fields. It could be another close game going into the 4th unfortunately.
