I mean we can play this game all day. We have no idea how this team will come out. Especially on the road. He and we lose to inferior opponents all the time, it’s not even a solely Mario thing. It’s what this program has become.

With that being said, we should win, and it would be unacceptable not to given how this season has unfolded. Control your own destiny, beat significantly inferior conference opponents. 1st year head coach. A team that has a worse defense than us, and a worse offense. Worse special teams too.

I mean we are better in all three phases, with better talent, and a better QB.

Win and get to the ACCCG.

He saw the latest slurper ranking and feels those ahead of him are fraudulent. He took this week personal again and is coming from the crystal.

It’s a trap line set by big brother Vegas. You guys aren’t thinking big picture, it’s not a noon game. Canes -11 easily.

We winning this game by a lot. They have only played one decent team this year and they got destroyed. 56-24 good guys let’s go canes.
 
At the end of the day, we didn’t spend 18-20 mil on this roster to lose to teams like Syracuse and not make the ACCCG. We didn’t hire Mario with the expectation we’d be left out of the ACCCG losing two of three and royally ****ting the bed in Year 3. Manny could do that. Golden could do that.

No excuses. Win. I don’t even care about covering at this point, although beating a worse team soundly for four quarters would be nice for a change.

Win the **** game.

Cristobal gets flak for losing games against inferior opponents in games that should be cakewalks. He actually does pretty well in high profile games like championship games, TAMU last year and UF this year. Doesn’t seem likely the team will look past Syracuse like it did GT. I don’t think the team comes out flat.

But....Manny and golden couldn't do that.

There's a reality where mario is a notch or so better than those guys but 2 notches below a Ryan Day or Kirby Smart. And the investment was still worth it. Build the program back to being respectable.

I'm in my 30s. It's been a **** of a lifetime for me being a canes fan. I'm not complacent but I'm also enjoying the season. 10 wins is a nice change, regardless of how we got here.
 
McCord (3946) now leads the NCAA in passing over Ward (3774).

What I do know is Oronde Gadsden II is likely going to improve his draft grade a full round+ with what he likely will do to these LB and Safeties.

Definitely not more efficient passing than Ward. They have a crazy number of attempts

There's also 60 minutes to a football game - you can't penalise him because his team scored in the final 8 minutes.

The good news is that place will be rocking so if you can’t get up for that then not sure what to say. Good prep for playoffs. Now, the dead atmosphere in Charlotte makes me more nervous.

I'm encouraged by the play of the defense yesterday and my guess is during file review some guys will get the message to win the battle and win the war. I'm glad it's road game, it should get the players attention.

First thought was too many points. But Cuse is not a big play offense, and that is our achilles heel.

That and their defense sucks.
I encourage everyone to watch some of their "highlights" against Stanford, the Hokies and B.C. and you will all see that their defensive back seven looks worse then ours.

I would believe you, but I read here that we have the worst defense in the country. Maybe in history.
