As an OC it's a terrible hire.

As the QB Coach it's a home run.

1st place was On3 the recruiting site mistakenly put 'T will' in an article as potential LB coach but they meant Christian Robinson and they've since changed the article to reflect that

2nd place is Leeds

that was very interesting. I admit, I never even considered that angle.

It's going to be interesting going forward. On one hand, Mario has a 10-year contract. On the other hand, most college OCs/DCs seem to be angling for a HC job, instead of trying to put in 10 years somewhere. Not to mention the position coaches.

Ultimately, I hope that Mario can establish a "polite" moving-on system, where guys take new roles elsewhere as they rise up the ranks, rather than this petty lateral movement crap that seems to be going on right now.
