Coaching Miami’s 2022 football staff

He’s recruited Texas well since he’s been at Houston & of course even as a GA at Bama for 3 years he had to have learned something...

I don’t really care about coordinators recruiting ability, their scheme & putting a winning product on the field is their main selling point as recruiters. Most coordinators aren’t really good recruiters to begin with, if you look up the top 25 recruiters in the Nation, most of them are not coordinators, it’s mainly position coaches.
Totally agree about them not being recruiters

I just thought that was a pretty interesting side note on his resume’

He’s a DB coach in the past so I’m sure he’s no stranger to the recruiting game

Belk is a DC candidate for noter dame. Interesting write up here. Doesn't get me too excited. Funniest part of this article is at the end when he says Al Golden is a candidate as well.
Guy is scarred for life from his time at Miami. Should stick to being a position coach in the league or a politician

They just took that story from 247. Gaby is reporting Coen seems to be in the mix.

One important factor to consider with Coen is his connection to the Los Angeles Rams. Prior to his time in Lexington, Coen spent the 2018 and 2019 seasons as the assistant wide receivers coach before being named assistant quarterbacks coach prior to 2020.

InsideTheU learned over the weekend that Mario Cristobal’s vision for Miami’s offense is for it to look like the Rams and Coen has a strong connection to the organization and head coach Sean McVay, who will have a chance to play for yet another Super Bowl should they beat the San Francisco 49ers this weekend.

My conspiracy theory:

BMac is leaving for Georgia which opens up a spot for receivers coach which is what Joe Brady coaches. He’s comin!! And then we bring in a QB coach
