Mesidor...?

Mesidor has another year of eligibility. Do we know anything regarding his intentions for staying/leaving?

the talent is certainly there.. but i agree. need to see Jojo, chance, and carr in the rotation next year

You'll see plenty of them next year.. no way they don't see extensive time...

Im not sure about leading in yards but I'd actually like to see him stay and see how much better he does when he stays in the game for longer periods. I think always coming out is tough on certain WRs and he seems like a guy that just gains energy the longer he's in the game but gets deflated easily by being on the bench.

2. Are you on Greentree, in the film sessions and the weight room with these guys? Just curious how you’re qualified to know better than the coaches who are with those players.

The only way I think Messidor comes back is if 1. he does not get a draftable grade and 2. we get some legit DTs. The Defense looked much better with him at end and he is not a DT. Sure on third down you can slide him inside for another pass rusher but him playing 3 downs at DT is not his natural position nor will it be his position in the league. I can definitely see him not sticking if he has to play DT again.

Maybe, but it may be best for his bank account if he stayed another year. I know we could use a dude with old man strength on the line.

agreed... senior day doesn't mean as much in the NIL era... kids have options and staying in school and making more $$$ is an easy decision if draft grade time comes and you're not getting the grade you want...

Theres been lots of guys do that and return at a number of schools. It's no guarantee that he is gone because of that. I think it makes it more likely he leaves but def not a forgone conclusion. Would love to have him back. Mesidor and a healthy Bain at DE, Scott and maybe the kentucky transfer at DT would be a nice group to have
