This is exact same thing we are seeing with the criminal justice system going lenient on small crimes, which turn into bigger and bigger crimes... eventually things like this

I live about 15 minutes north of here. My wife works at Piedmont Hospital in Athens. GA as an OR surg. tech. She texted me a little while ago that a life flight was arriving with patient suffering multiple GSWs from this scene and that she was going to be in surgery and not able to text for a while.
