Maryland 13-2 (1-1), just lost to FSU [10-5 (2-0)] and the first game to Kentucky (10-4 Un-ranked Now).

For Maryland, I don't know what they're thinking. It wouldn't surprise me if they're looking past us at NC State AND they may look past us because Reggie Johnson isn't playing.

FSU is not a good opponent but Maryland hasn't beaten anyone that good either. Maybe Maryland is not too good as evident by their SOS and RPI, maybe they just haven't been challenged.

I expect a Win if we play like we did at UNC. I also expect a weaker opponent.

MD won't be looking past us because they just lost to FSU at home, but we should win. I'm still not over the loss at MD last year when we blew a 5 point lead in the last 1:30

I'm not going to shed a tear when Maryland moves to the Big 10. I despise their fan base.
 
Honestly I'm a little worried about this game. I was at the UNC game and our team was so hyped up especially near the end where the game was ours to lose. However, it's often after these games that teams can have somewhat of an emotional letdown against a lesser opponent (ie Maryland). I think that Larranaga is a good enough coach to counteract this but I guess well see on sunday
 
We blew out VT the next game after we beat Duke at Cameron last year. I Coach L can keep this team grounded

Big game tonight!!!

I am interested to see who covers Faust (assuming TMJ). Guy is quick and needs to be bottled up. My biggest concern is Len. I think Kadji will slide over to cover him on defense however Len is good on the boards. Need Gamble to step up big time.
 
My first basketball game at the BUC tonight! Easy to get in and out with parking?
