You sadly took the opportunity to dog him about his performance when this thread has nothing to do with that.

Whats wrong with you?

You were first with the lame post. You can’t let it go.

I took a shot at Walton's performance. I should've stuck to the subject, which is taking shots at Walton's arrest record. My bad.

But can I ask you - when you brought up Scarlett, what did he have to do with this thread?

Again, am I bringing up Scarlett, or are you?

I dnt even know what your trying to say. Are you trying to say bc he might have CTE, let it ride?

Man I know it sounds harsh but I only feel bad for the old school dudes that didnt have the info. All the young players have the info n make a decision to play.

Lets not play the pobresito card again.

You said "everyone has trauma" as if your friend losing his job or having their grandma die is as bad as getting your brain bashed in for 20 years.

I don't feel bad for them at all. If you are going to play football, you understand the consequences. Most likely, if you are playing football, you have no other options though.

I am just saying you can't compare trauma like that to "everyone else's trauma".

If it’s a first offense, sure. When it’s the 5th time, benefit of the doubt doesn’t really exist anymore.
Sure it does. EVERYONE is innocent until proven guilty. If ever falsely accused more than a few times I sure hope you don't have to deal with jurors like yourself.

He’s done With football imo.
Too many talented backs coming out the next 2 years and the head case nfl players are getting kicked off teams and not getting second chances anymore. Even elite ones like AB.

Walton needs to look himself in the mirror and man up and figure out how he wants to live the rest of his life because this B.S he’s doing now ain’t it.

and SMH and folks still defending him... if he never wore that “U” on his helmet or played ball 90-95% of y’all wouldn’t care and say this dude is getting progressively worse

I’m not disagreeing in the interpretation of our law. I’m referring to the latter part of the message which alluded to people judging his character.

In a lawful sense he is of course innocent until proven guilty. But, judging him outside the realm of the law, when you’ve been arrested for the 5th time, I have lost respect for your judgement and morals. I don’t trust you.

But if you think all 5 arrests are coincidences and he was just “falsely accused more than a few times” then feel free to be as gullible as you’d like.

nevertheless, trouble seems to find this guy. definitely needs to make some changes in his life.

If trouble keeps finding you, maybe it's time to admit that you make bad decisions, that makes it easier for trouble to find you. A lot of these young bloods do stupid, preventable crap that usually ends poorly.

First of all, stop banging unstable chicks. Odds are that they were screwed up the moment you met them. Stop banging them, and if you do have a kid with them, make sure any contact happens in a neutral location. If you have to arrange drop offs and pickups of children at a local Starbucks, then so be it.

That's what they're sure to do, but it won't get him the type of help he needs. He's endured serious psychological trauma in his life and there's been few, if any resources, made available to him. The chow line doesn't offer that kind of help, unfortunately.

He had ample resources while on scholarship as a student athlete. He could have stayed an extra year to keep using those same resources & better prepare himself for life & life after football. Life is tough, get a helmet. There are plenty off much worse that never had any of the resources Mark did, that have done much better.

Losing a loved one doesn’t justify being a piece of shït.

Very glad to hear that. Now take this yet-another chance you've been given, Mark, and get your sh-t together!

It was a "no contact order" vs. a "restraining order". I don't know what the difference is, but still, Walton appears to be in the wrong here.

So he gets into an argument with ***** she calls police and ******* lies saying he has a restraining order...he gets arrested? When does she go to jail?

Been asking this question for a while, now. When someone files a false report, that is a misdemeanor. She needs to be fined, jailed, something. I'm tired of this chit. Too many innocent people (male and females, but primarily males) get hemmed up b/c the ex or current lies on them out of spite, anger, annoyance, whatever, w/ no consequence. It's f'ing b.s.

But, Walton still got to get his chit together. I was speaking in generalities, but Mark is a walking time bomb right now.

He needs to sit the rest of the year....work out, get on the right set of medications and go to the cfl or xfl next year and try to revamp hs career in some way that way.

I actually think being around UM in some capacity may be good for him as he was on his best behavior while here.

Not sure how much he got...but 2 years of nfl money should atleast be a solid start in life.

I hope it works out but I doubt he’s in the league again especially if he doesn’t make a roster this year.

He’s not an elite RB (has above average vision). There will be a new crop of fresh RB’s next year with no baggage he’ll have to compete with.

He’s been given more then enough chances given his talent level and even if he’s innocent if the latest offense he keeps putting himself in bad situations.

Why would a team take the chance of him getting arrested again and dealing with that bad headline for a backup (at best) RB?
