Wow. What a scandalous background... I can't believe they made him the NCAA president. His history explains a lot. There are going to be more stories coming out on this dude. It also explains why Alabama has not been touched by the NCAA...

What kind of boss tells his employees to do this or that and never checks their work to know who to blame in the event somebody messes up... The BIG red flag for me here is the internal investigation he whitewashed at LSU looks kinda familiar to another internal investigation we all read about no to long ago... Bravo USA Today cant wait for more study time coming out wednesday I will be staying tuned and counting the days till he resigns oh I mean retire.... Standing with my Canes...

This seems all too familiar:

A person who worked for LSU as an academic counselor in athletics at the time told USA TODAY Sports the investigation was a whitewash designed to minimize damage. The person asked not to be identified for fear of reprisals.

"They'd interviewed the people they wanted to," the person said. "It was typical, let's get together and do damage control and construct a narrative that will allow us to say, 'OK, we've done something wrong here, but it ain't that bad.'"

Bottom line is Miami is guilty of some **** but so is every other gotdam school ou there.Watch how long before a REAL investigation goes on against a prominent SEC team. It wont happen. Too much money involved kids. This is how it is now.

Is this dude untouchable? Holy ****. How much negative press can the NCAA stomach before he's asked to step down?

He's smooth and likely good at two things - first impressions and avoiding land mines within an organization.

What really strikes me is that looking at his history one can easily question his ethics - YET he's the one pointing fingers and handing out punishments???? This can't be real life.
