For a staff that preached "commitment" and "buying in" they sure as **** "burned out" pretty quick. Effing Golden actually admits it. The Jersey Boys are about as mentally weak as they come.

Helluva standard there. One day you too could be hated throughout South Florida......if you're fortunate.

You're missing or ignoring my point. The key component to Golden's (and staff's) schtick was "mental toughness". Now all we hear is how burned out they were yet they never take any responsibility for the real life failures that led them to that defeated state of mind.
