This is just typical of the time we live in. JJ' s head would've been called for by every 'couch-coach' for the epic collapse against Maryland, Hail Flutie, and another defensive nightmare against UCLA to finish the '84 season. Should've just cut ties after his first season! Lol.

Explain what? These types of humiliating losses by P-5's are fairly common AND teams in transition years are particularly vulnerable. Not to say yesterday's ***-kicking wasn't disappointing or even alarming. Ultimately though, we're all going to have to just put away the microscopes and see how this plays out - over time, that is.

Unlike past years, i've learned to recognize the value in NOT fighting with emotionally charged supporters in either direction.

Mario WILL turn things around next year or he won't. I sincerely hope that he does. I don't want to start this whole crap cycle over again. After over 20 years of pleading with the football gods the Hurricanes are becoming exhausting.
