Also asset allocation. Don't spend on guys you aren't certain will help you next year if their number is too high. SJ may have had a crazy number but he also may start at LG next year. Maybe Lowe was high but staff knows he's plug and play. While dudes like Wilson, Stubbs, and Pickett didn't have a clear path to PT based on the staffs evals.

I don’t think we will come close to 105 kids. They will invest their money around 90 mark.

Pickett would 100% play next year in the secondary. I think his father was honest with Mario that his kid was going SEC

Happy with the class quality. Just needed to round it out better. We don't have a DT1, we needed a third LB, and most importantly we didn't land turnkey starters at CB or S.

Being on the losing end of flips from Stubbs, Hanks and Pickett was devastating. Merritt may not have been worth the hassle, but his Flip added further insult to injury. We cannot just be hoping Slimeto comes back from injury quickly, or Fitzgerald magically learns how to tackle. We need DBs like Cici at OT who are ready to play against Notre Dame.

5-6 more quality guys at DT, LB, CB and S would have made this a homerun class regardless of site rankings. As it is, we have only a partial class right now.
