It has been a priority for Miami head coach Mario Cristobal since he returned to his alma mater three years ago: find ways to bring top-notch talent to Miami and build the Hurricanes program from the ground up.

samson falls into the "move on" category ... need the salary cap space
with The offer to the liberty RT that seems to be Sampson going I would have to guess. I hope he doesn’t still talent there but he’s not starting next year

i'm sure they'd like to keep him, but it's a number crunch i'd imagine and we need a qb and a few secondary pieces
 
No Samson will end up a great player at Miami and the Liberty is an interior lineman
The question is will Samson have the patience to wait and develop. Its going to be tough seeing your classmate (Francis Maugiua) basically be on every NFL Mock draft list as a top 10 pick while Samson is there trying to barely secure a starting job on the OL. And you both came in as 5* cant miss prospects at the same position..These kids have pride too. I really hope he sticks it out.
