The way we have treated local kids through the years is so sabotaging to any HC that's takes this job. It's like there is no cure to fixing this we let it go on for so long that there is more hatred to the university then any time ever. We turned our back on the kids and became social media decommit U. To be honest it is like Rutgers cause Jersey has ballers but none of them go to Rutgers they go to Penn State bama etc.

Which is why the next coach needs to have a serious reputation (urban for example) or bring with him a magnetic personality and offense to get this fan base and local kids excited about. We also need a legit staff. Not GAs and guys who worked together 10 years ago but have done nothing of let. Legit respected coaches and recruiters to win back these local coaches and players.

Someone had to break the trend.

Yea it has to be a bonafide stud to save us

But the people in place to hire a HC I don't trust at all

If he has baggage, we do what we have to do to get rid of that ****. This kid should be at miami.

2 way street...They turned their back and played us a fair share of times.

It would take a knock out hire it's the only way. Doesn't have to be a Miami guy but someone familiar with coaching connects a respected man in the coaching good ole boy tree. Someone who is a leader an Urban Meyer Butch Davis Art Briles Hugh Freeze.....these are those types....guys with sketchy pasts are always the best guys at times especially these four
