I originally was told no lb when he hit the portal. Then unc happened, I posted after that if they do take him it’ll be way down the road when spots are extended. Yet we’re still waiting , same thing with other positions too. Including the Rob if we miss on brown. There’s no reason to blow a 22 spot on a one year rental, the brown kid makes sense because he’d just be our Rb for 22. Plus he’s better than the other options for that class.

Imo it looks funny the usc kid hasn’t committed anywhere yet, it’s almost like he’s waiting for a spot to open.

Yeah hopefully spots open because we could definitely use him in the run stopping game

I believe they’re willing to use a 2022 IC for Brown because he would still be an incoming freshman with four/five years of eligibility remaining. The USC kid is a junior. He also has been benched and generally underperformed at USC. IMO, he’s damaged goods.
