Manziel under NCAA investigation 4 paid autographing session

It is the SEC, nothing will happen of import. Get suspended for 1/2 day in middle of a week. I mean, they only have video of him signing, not twice uttered statements from a convicted liar. More likely will open an investigation on THE U since one of the instances were down here. Jailbird will state he was paying jaanie fooseball to transfer to Miami.

Just passing the time watching past Heisman House commercials on YouTube. Desmond in his room playing CFBLive with mannequins still kills me to this day... the 2013 version of the Nissan Heisman House commercial should end with Manziel in a room with stacks of a million pictures he has to autograph, with a line running outside the room, down the hallway and out the front door to the house.... and he hands the first one off to Emmert who is first in line.

... I'm going back to drinking my beer now...
 
The rules are the rules.......if you don't like them, then create a minor league for football. No on is forcing these kids to play college football. They sign a CONTRACT, no matter how one sided it might appear. Until something better comes along (and by the way I'm all for it)......play by the rules the NCAA sets forth. The kid is an idiot and deserves what's coming to him.
 
Freakishly talented and dumber than dirt. Most ironic in all of this is the fact that his father bought him a Mercedes Benz to keep him from doing something like this and the kid jeopardizes his career on cash for the rims. Unbelievable.
 
If anything does come of this, 2 game suspension against Rice and Sam Houston St.. Biggest game of college football is in week 3 when Bama visits College Station.

Literally EXACTLY what is going to happen. A buddy of mine is an Aggie and was all worked up last night. I told him not to worry, he is protected.
 
The majority of the NCAA's budget comes from the sale of television rights to the March Madness basketball tournament, which unlike the BCS it still controls.

I dunno, I could see it going either way. Manzieil comes from oil money in Texas, so there's room for the NCAA to be bought out, plus he's in the untouchable SEC. OR Emmert, LSU Chancellor from 1999- 2004 coincidentally while one Nicholas Saban was head foozball coach winning 2 SEC Championships and one Crystal Ball, might feel the need to help his friends stay on top while his time lasts. Oh, and in case you all didn't know the Executive offices of the SEC are right here in Birmingham. Chew on that for a second.

Just because the rule is bull**** doesn't mean he was allowed to break it; check out Arod.

He knew he was doing something wrong and did it anyway tapping off a 6 month run of bonehead plays.

System needs to be changed but until it is these guys agree to the terms when they sign up.

I'm gonna wait till the media frenzy calms down before even thinking of judging this kid. Remember all of the "Miami alleged" bull? The media is loving watching a 20 year old, newly famous, public implosion.

Hm. On TexAgs.com there's a thread stating that this same broker has tons of EBay items with sigs from Clowney, McCarron, Gurley, Bridgewater, and a host of others. This could get real interesting.
